SV Rohrbach: Celebrate comeback and 70 years of football history!

SV Rohrbach is back in football action and ready for the new 2025/26 season. After exciting but also difficult years, the club is optimistic about the future. On July 1st, preparations begin for the coming season in the district league D, in which the club competes on the occasion of its 70th anniversary. There are currently 25 players available, made up of talented youth players from Rohrbach as well as experienced players from surrounding clubs. Among these newcomers is Janic Marc Dzwoniarek, an experienced goalkeeper from the group league, who will strengthen the new team. Coach Stiva Sättler was pleased with the newly formed squad and the positive mood in the team. The anticipation for the new season could hardly be greater, especially with the upcoming visit of the traditional SV Darmstadt 98 team on June 28th, which will provide a highlight on the occasion of the club's 70th anniversary. SV Rohrbach plans to establish a permanent football department, which will be supported by the committed work of Sättler, Degenhardt and Dennis Böck. These three people have already made a significant contribution to SG Modau's promotion to the group league, which indicates their in-depth experience and great commitment to the club. Rainer Jayme, head of the football department, also plays an important role in this new chapter of SV Rohrbach.

The sports center with beer garden also offers an attractive place for meetings and promotes a sense of community within the club.
