On Sunday, August 31st, Andrea Kiewel will present an exciting “journey through time” through different centuries in her popular show “Fernsehgarten”. The show is enriched not only by musical performances, but also by a well-known ex-kicker who has no musical talent. Among the invited artists are well-known musicians such as John Lees' Barclay James Harvest, Dunkelland feat. Versengold, and Francine Jordi, to name just a few. This mix promises to offer viewers an entertaining and varied program enriched with technology, dance, jousting and culinary highlights, such as [Focus].
The upcoming show will also be the final chapter of an exciting season that runs until the end of September. Kiewel's absence and the live moderation
A less pleasant chapter occurred on June 15, 2025, when Andrea Kiewel was unable to travel to present the “ZDF- Fernsehengarten” due to a closure of Israeli airspace. Her residence in Tel Aviv made traveling to Mainz impossible. In her absence, Joachim Llambi stepped in along with Lutz van der Horst and hosted the theme show, which celebrated Kiewel's 25th anniversary as a presenter.
