On May 29th, around the Ascension Day holiday, TSV Stahringen invites you to an entertaining picture search hike to the Homburg. This popular event attracted around 600 hikers last year and will attract numerous participants again this year. The venue is the sports field in Stahringen, where groups can register.
The picture search hike is aimed at groups of up to eight people and is suitable for all age groups. Participants can look forward to an exciting circular route of 7.5 kilometers. A picture sheet with 20 predetermined motifs guides hikers in search of various objects. The South Courier reports that the start will take place between 9 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., with the event also being stroller-friendly and going through the forest.
Family friendly activities and food
The hike not only offers a natural discovery tour, but also numerous activities. Quizzes and games of skill are offered at various checkpoints. There are special groups for children with age-appropriate tasks to ensure that even the youngest participants have a lot of fun. Lake Constance west emphasizes that the physical well-being of the guests is taken care of: coffee, cake and grilled specialties are offered at refreshment stations along the route.
After the hike, participants can look forward to the musical entertainment from the Stahringen Music Association, which will set the mood from 3:30 p.m. A highlight of the event is the awards ceremony, which will take place at 5 p.m., where the best groups will be recognized and nice prizes will be awarded.
