The 10th TheelFeschd in Lebach is just around the corner and promises an exciting and entertaining weekend. The event will take place on June 27th and 28th at Bitcher Platz. The festival traditionally opens on Friday with the levo Bank city run, which is celebrating its 40th edition this year. This running event is not only a crowd puller, but also part of the Saarland Athletics Federation (SLB) championship in the ten-kilometer road race.
The main run begins at 7:10 p.m. and includes the 2nd Lebach City Championship. This year, the Special Olympics National Games 2026 have also come into focus, as the event counts as a “recognition competition”. Before the main run, there are numerous activities for all age groups - from a Bambini run to a school run to trial runs and relay races. Running events and participation
The various competitions of the running event begin at 4:45 p.m. with the Bambini run, which is offered for children born up to 2019. The participant does not receive a time measurement, but does receive a finisher's present and a certificate. It is similar with the Special Olympic Run, which also covers a distance of 500 meters and starts at 5:00 p.m.

Registration takes place online until June 25, 2025 at www.tv-lebach/laufen/levobank-stadtlauf. Late registrations are possible up to 45 minutes before the respective start for a small fee. All participants will also receive a shopping voucher with their start number.
Entertainment and culinary delights
After the tapping of the keg at 8:30 p.m. on Friday, the party band “Celebration” will provide the atmosphere. On Saturday, “Times and Tales” will be on stage from 6 p.m., followed by “Teamwork” around 9 p.m. In addition to the musical entertainment, visitors can also enjoy a variety of culinary offerings provided by local clubs and professional stand operators.
The TheelFeschd not only offers sporting highlights, but also a diverse supporting program that is attractive to all visitors. With the start of the event, the festival is getting closer and promises a weekend full of joy and community get-together in Lebach.
