E-commerce revolutionized: Summer event for medium-sized businesses in the Westerwald!

The Westerwald/Sieg digital get-together has established itself as an indispensable platform for local medium-sized businesses. On Thursday, July 3rd, at 6:30 p.m., the annual summer event will take place at the Walzwerk in Wissen. The main theme of this meeting is: “E-commerce in practice: How companies can do business digitally”. This event is aimed particularly at decision-makers and digital experts from the craft, medium-sized and service sectors.

A central goal of the evening is to present practical perspectives on digital business models, e-commerce processes and efficiency potential. In order to give participants a comprehensive insight into digital change, the program includes three keynote speeches that highlight various aspects of e-commerce.

Keynote speeches and networking

The first lecture entitled “Digital product and AI-supported services” will be given by Dr. Jonathan Schulte from Acadeo GmbH. He will explain how AI-based business models can work in the digital space. In the second lecture, Marcus Krämer from HostPress GmbH provides information about “e-commerce experiences from the B2B sector” and shares valuable insights about digital products and content marketing. The finale is Sebastian Held from Heldenwerker GmbH, who in his lecture “Digitalization in the craft business” shows how digital tools can improve communication and processes in the craft business.

After the lectures, an informal exchange is planned on the roof terrace of the rolling mill. When the weather is good, the roof terrace offers a wonderful view of Wissen. Drinks and a light snack will be provided to encourage networking. Participation in the event is free, but prior registration is required.
