Housing construction details

The apartments in the WOGE project vary from one-room apartments with 40 m² to family apartments with 120 m². A total of 124 residential units are available for rent. The necessary preparations began in spring 2023. An important feature of this project is the creation of 180 parking spaces, most of which are located in an underground car park. To this end, WOGE has invested an additional 700,000 euros in parking space, supported by state funds. In addition, 3.2 million euros flowed from the funding pool for social housing, which underlines the importance of the project for the region.
