On the night of Friday, July 11, 2025, there were several fire incidents in Trittau, a town in the Stormarn district, which put the local authorities on alert. According to Tixio, residents reported a fire on Lütjenseer Straße at 1:10 a.m. Several garbage cans and a Skoda burned here, but the fire was quickly extinguished.
A little later, at around 1:25 a.m., two Audi vehicles (Audi A3 and A7) caught fire on Hinter den Höfen street. These fires spread to neighboring garbage cans and endangered an adjacent residence, whose window was severely damaged. The fire brigade arrived quickly and was able to prevent anything worse from happening. Fortunately, there were no injuries in the incidents.

The Ahrensburg criminal police have started the investigation and are currently assuming arson.
