A look back to the 80s
As part of the Rhineland-Palatinate Day, Marius Hühne will also present an exciting journey into the 80s. The focus here is on the year 1986, a year that not only produced great rock albums, but also brought numerous scandals. The musical highlights of the time include albums by AC/DC, Bon Jovi, Die Ärzte and Die Toten Hosen. The 80s were a vibrant decade marked by significant events. While the Chernobyl disaster caused global concern, there were also positive moments, such as the Wimbledon victories of Boris Becker and Steffi Graf.
The program “Back to the 80s” aims to honor this exciting time with a musical journey through time and let the audience reminisce. Even though the children of that time could no longer play in the sandpit without worry after the reactor accident, the event in Neustadt will bring back the positive and exciting flair of the 80s.
The event promises to be a celebration for all generations celebrating rock music and the memories of an exciting time. While visitors enjoy the atmosphere, the extensive program will satisfy both nostalgic feelings and the need for good music.
