A highly anticipated news for comic fans: Mickey Mouse Magazine will be available in Luxembourg for the first time. Issue No. 15/25 will be published on July 4, 2025 and brings with it an exciting adventure with Donald Duck and his nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie. Lesseniel reports that the story “The Secret of the Map” takes the protagonists on an exciting journey to Saarland and Trier.

The plot follows the famous duck couple as they set off for the region with big plans. Donald actually wants to treat himself to some relaxing days, while his nephews want to get a Boy Scout badge from Fähnlein Fieseltail. But their joy is marred when the nephews forget their hiking map. This forces Donald to go in search of the important utensil, and so begins an adventurous adventure along the Saar, through Trier and finally to Luxembourg OTS reports.

The story brings some of the region's most striking landmarks to life. Places such as Saarbrücken Castle, the famous Saar loop and the Porta Nigra in Trier are creatively depicted in funny scenes.
