Moped fever in Rappweiler: Turbo Turtles celebrate their big anniversary!

Next weekend the fourth moped meeting of the Turbo Moped Nitro Turtles will be celebrated in Rappweiler. On the occasion of their five-year anniversary, the organizers invite everyone to celebrate their passion for mopeds together. The event will take place on Friday, June 6th and Saturday, June 7th, on the village square in Rappweiler Saarbrücken newspaper reported.

The arrival for participants begins on Friday from 6 p.m. on the festival site at the community center. Visitors are offered a varied program, which includes, among other things, a fireworks display on Friday around 10.30 p.m. The live band “Out of Sudden” from Losheim will also provide musical entertainment in the evening.

Diverse activities and program highlights

The event features numerous attractions, including a test stand from Mofakult and a burnout area for exciting show elements. A children's program is planned for the little guests on Saturday from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., which also includes a 25-meter-long bouncy castle. A big ride will also be organized on Saturday at 3:00 p.m., followed by the awarding of trophies for the best machines and performances.

Another highlight of the moped meeting is the big raffle, where high-quality prizes are raffled off. The main prize for participants is a freshly restored Turtle bike. Your physical well-being is taken care of: various dishes and draft beer from Karlsberg Urpils are available, and overnight accommodation in a tent is also available on site, which makes the event particularly family-friendly.

The event is aimed at moped fans, families and anyone interested who would like to experience a weekend full of fun and conviviality, like this Saar-Hunsrück Climb supplemented.
