Neunkirchen City Festival: Mega music program inspires everyone!

A large city festival will take place in Neunkirchen on June 27th and 28th, 2025, which will offer numerous music acts and a varied program. It kicks off on Friday, June 27th, with a diverse line-up on three stages in the city. The festive opening begins at 5:00 p.m. on the stage at Stummplatz, followed by a short performance of the current musical “The Prom” at 5:15 p.m.

The program on the first day includes various genres of music that offer something for every taste. The blues rock band Stompin' Heat will perform on the stage at Stummplatz at 6 p.m. and the cover band Bruise at 8 p.m. At 10:30 p.m., Brass Machine rounds off the first evening with their pop, rock and soul cover versions. At the same time, hip-hop/pop/trap artist linaGee will be playing on the Bliesterrassen stage at 5:30 p.m., followed by The Mad Facts, Amberhead and Ava Adonia, all of whom will impress with their own style. At 10:15 p.m. the celebration continues with an impressive fire show by Prometheus' heirs.

Diverse program on Saturday

Saturday promises continued highlights with an extensive program. From 11:30 a.m., the Neunkirchen city band will give a concert on the stage at Stummplatz, followed by dance performances and a magic show. Different musical performances alternate until the evening, including Wokal (5:00 p.m.) and Groovin Affairs (10:30 p.m.), which will delight with their rock and pop sound.

At the Bliesterrassen the audience will be captivated by an instrumental prog rock performance by Tangerine Express at 4:30 p.m., followed by indie acts such as Monotoni and Eliza Day. At 11 p.m. the thrash metal band Godslave brings the evening to a close.

Special children's program

For younger visitors there is an entertaining children's program above the stage on the Bliesterrassen on Saturday afternoon from 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. These special activities are specifically designed to provide young guests with an unforgettable experience.

The Neunkirchen City Festival Edition not only scores with a first-class music program, but can also be placed in the context of Germany's extensive music festival landscape.
