In order to use the advantages of the online office, registration is required. This can be done using the eID function on your ID card or by post within a few days. Despite these positive aspects, Meisberger complains that he is currently encountering problems that affect the use of the app.
The plan is to use an explanatory video to better guide customers through the functions of the online office. Nevertheless, it remains unclear how IKK will address future difficulties on the platform in order to regain the trust of insured parties.
